Breakthrough Me
Today was history in the making :D
For the very first time in my entire life, i preached a short sermon bout 7 minutes during mock cg today..
And the response was really better than i expected!! I was so happy and mroe importantly, i was greatly encouraged by the fact that i could preach!
Initially i was really fearful and nervous because i'd never done anything like this before, but i really wanna thank God for His grace and His guidance :D Indeed, He continually strengthened me and gave me confidence which i know i'd otherwise have been lacking.
Of cos, there were areas which i have to work on, minor areas, but thank God that most of the comments i received was dat the sermon was fresh, relatable and it was captivating!
So once again, praise God! God is awesomely good la :D I also want to thank Huimei for really 'forcing' me to take the step of faith in preaching for the word segment. She put my name down without my knowledge and only told me later.. But i was really glad, i guess i wouldnt have volunteered otherwise so thanks for helping me step out in faith!
I also wanna thank God.. dat today, i finally received an open door to a breakthrough in an area of my life :) A very positive thing indeed~ I pray dat by the end of 2-3 months, i'm gonna see a distinct change in me!! Yeah, you will see a very very different ben soon!
