Rain Fallin Down Hard

it's been quite a while since i last got caught in the rain. at least not to today's magnitude. i had just got out of the bath fresh and dry when i had took another two more later.

Apparently, my house had been the victim of some serious soil erosion shit. it gets worse each time there's a heavy downpour. the dad got LTA in and they needed us to cover the damaged area with plastic sheets. So we had to do it today because there was gonna be a heavy downpour and yeah there was a FREEAKIN heavy downpour afterdat. my second bath.....

hell, ok fine, the folks and i 3 of us worked to get the plastic sheet spread across the slope and fastened to the ground securely. i had to climb up pretty high walking on the very narrow retaining wall just outside the perimeter of the house and it was freakin crazy. Heavy rains lashing in ur face and u cant see anything and ur glasses fogged up and the wind was blowing hard and cold. my legs were quivering and i was soaked to the bone and shivering like a flimsy skeleton. it was crazy man.. stood up on high ground, perched narrowly on the retainin wall exposed to the harsh weather.

we finally got it done after like wat 30 - 45 mins up there in the soaking rain.. went back home and doused myself in hot water.. it was crazy.. but damn fun~ reminded me of NS and jungle survival~ cool cool~ man, first time i was deep down in the drain working to secure the ground sheet~ the folks were dead drenched too~ great experience~ now let me get back to practising which was duly interrupted! and my ears are freakin hurting... ear aches dammit...
