My Life's Taking A Turn

Yeah, i can see it already. I'm gettin so heavily involved in my sax stuff. It's become an unseparable part of my life. i've been working quite closely with my instructor doing some R & D stuff on how to improve our tones and make our sounds more resonant with character and much more. It's amazing just how much knowledge and experience this guy possesses.

He's so good, he can even go ahead and produce his own signature accessories like ligatures and all. It's a passion so hot~ and i'm learning so much just hangin around with him at Accent Musical Supplies. We've been talking to the ppl there, the master technician there about our findings and business opportunities and about anything saxophone under the sun. We almost didnt wanna leave if they didnt have to close up for the day~ I'll be glad to assist in any way i'm needed~ in mid November, i'll be his only private student. The rest have either stopped or left or rejected by him.

Something damn flattering happened today, BC said dat i was the only student whose approach to the saxophone was very much like his and our tone concepts were very similar. He also mentioned to the guys there dat i have the fire burning within and dat he was happy teaching me~ i seriously am flattered man, which is why i aint gonna let him or anyone down~ there're lots of ppl in my life who have really guided me to where i am today, and the best thing i can do to repay them would be to go on and achieve great things. Those compliments really mean so much to me? I've gotta raise my standards. continue building and maintainin a great tone and practising my technical scales. i can start doing my technical exercises and all, just waitin for my ligature to arrive and my horn to be adjusted by the Expert technician himself Danny, and then i'll be able to really produce a beautiful sound on the sax~
