Growing Up

Oh yea, i think i just grew up again... after having a really nice great chat with Joanne T online.. :) it's been some time since i had such a wonderful chat with someone i hardly know!

Jo, great to learn dat you have sorta identified wat u love to do~ i wish you the best in ur search for ur passion gal~ i learnt alot about u and myself in dat conversation~ well, as wat Mr k says, no matter what, follow your dream. if you've found your passion, just go ahead, chase after it.

if it's something ur heart badly desires and u thirst and hunger for it.. and u know and u can only see a future with dat (and no, i aint talkin life partners here), then i think dat's very likely your passion and purpose in life~ go ahead, seize the day! make the best of every opportunity and never lose sight and focus! never give up finding ur passion cos givin it up is like forsaking ur self.. dun ever do dat...

And Jo, just to add this, if you ever ever encounter any ppl who tell u dat ur passion will get u no where in life? dat how can it guarantee u 3 meals a day and a roof over ur head dat kinda thing? well, u can tell them to go *beep* off! :D ever since young, i've had ppl tell me dat you're too young to do this to achieve this, or too incapable, or dun have the resources or dun have wat it takes. and right now when i'm 19, i have ppl comin up to me and tellin me dat at my 'old' age, i wun succeed, i'll never be as good as one who had began playin the sax when he was 10 or sumthin... the same old things blah blah blah and the list goes on and on and on..

i'm so sick of ppl discouragin me dat i choose to just shut them out of my life altogether~
there's no such thing as u are incapable of doin wat u want to do in life. there's no such thing as u are too young or old, no such thing dat if u start late in life you'll never be good enough. No such thing AT ALL :) as long as i live, as long as i have the least bit ounce of air in my lungs, i will freakin blow my horn and aint nobody gonna stop me! and even on my deathbed, i'll blow my horn till i die~ there's no such thing as i cant do it. there's no such thing as i am not capable of doin it :) Jo, go for goal! haha!
