Yesterday's Revelation

Yesterday was a really wonderful day. For starters, the mouthpiece i ordered arrived
at night ard 7.45pm! So praise God for dat~ it's a lovely silver plated stainless
steel mouthpiece which is bright and powerful! Have yet to break into it.. new
mouthpieces always need some time to settle down first~

Even better yesterday night, was talking to my counselee. I counselled this guy 2
weeks ago when he went up to receive the alter call from Pst Kong during the church's
15th anniversary. This guys just reminds me of myself when i was still a younger christian
at dat time a few months back~

This guy had a fire dat i could really identify with! I mean, he wanted to really
know more about the Word and he was asking me question upon question on everything
from receiving and speaking in tongues, water baptism, baptism of fire, bible study
etc etc.. WOW! Really reminded me of the time when i came back to Christ. This guy
also rededicated his life to Jesus after a long long time. So he and i have got alot
in common with regards to our spiritual journey~ And he was also yearning to serve
in ministry!

So, it was a really great and wonderful time of talking to each other online. With
wisdom from the Holy Spirit, i explained clearly to him all his questions and he was
very satisfied and he really understood better~ He saw the light to his questions!
So he gained discernment and understanding. Praise God for the wisdom He gave us~

Somehow, God has a really unique way of encouraging us, strengthening our faith,
and making us grow more~ And He doesnt have to send a pastor to us to do dat! The
bible says dat God uses the things which the world despises, which the world has
cast away, which the world has denied chance, and God uses these things to manifest
the light of His glory! Dat is our amazing God! He uses the most base things of the
world to show the world His power and His glory! 1 Corinthians chapter 1 verse 27-29
says this (TLB):

v27 Instead, God deliberately chose things the world considers foolish in order to
shame those who think they are wise. And He chose those who are powerless to shame
those who are powerful.

v28 God chose things despised by the world, things counted as nothing at all
(base things), and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important,

v29 so that no one can ever boast in the presence of God.


So my strength and my encouragement came in the form of a 2 week old christian!
Seeing how on fire he was and how hungry for God he was, really touched me. He was
the best strength and encouragement dat God sent to me! Thank You Lord :D God really
gave me joy in seeing how on fire this guy was, and his learning attitude towards
the Word! He was asking question after question! And as i answered him, i also gained
knowledge from God!

This made me realise dat hey, actually i do have wat it takes to be a discipler! God
has given me dat ability! I mean, this guy was so hungry for bible study, he was
asking whether i could give him BS instead! HAHAHA! Praise God :D Well, i would love
to but i can only give him so much bible study, cos i'm not dat grounded yet~ But
nevertheless, i told him dat he could ask me anything and at anytime should he need
to clarify stuff~ I'll be glad to help in any way!

So yeah, yesterday night's conversation was a faith strengthening, encouraging, and
clear revelation from God~ Indeed, God arranged it in such a way dat he could teach
us both more of Him! Indeed, God is an amazing God whose ways we cannot fathom!
Writing this particular entry, i really really just wanna thank God for the work He
is doing in my life, in my counselee's life.. in all our lives! Wow, it's like when
the Holy Spirit gives you the revelation.. and it suddenly dawns on you, it is like
POWERFUL man! Suddenly *snaps finger*, and you are in the know! WOW.. powerful
really!

Everyday fresh anointing.. wow.. i want my every day, for the rest of my life to be
full of such things :D
