Yet Another Blessing :D

I'm very amazed at how God causes certain things to happen at the right time~ Truly amazing~

This afternoon, i just got an sms from Boon Chye saying dat the shipment for my bow ring has
finally arrived, and it's like been dunno how many months already since i last ordered it..

Then recently, i will be expecting a call soon from the Head of Woodwind Dept in the music
ministry..

And so it just dawned on me dat hey, wat better time than now to get my bow ring fixed! And
i believe dat the faulty bow ring is causing some problem in my saxophone where getting the
right tension set up is concerned..

So immediately after receiving the sms, i called up Desmond the chief technician of Yamaha
Singapore and told him i'll be down at the service centre at A-Z Building all the way at Paya
Lebar. So anyway, yeah i was told dat i would expect to get it back only on monday, the latest
tuesday the next week.. but i will be having a lesson on tuesday see.. and if i get the horn on
monday, i'll be wasting precious days of practice.

Then on my way back home on the bus, i got a call from Desmond and he said dat i'll be able
to pick up the instrument right away tomorrow! Talk about blessing indeed! I'm really glad
and really surprised at how soon i can collect the sax, considering that to change the bow ring,
the sax has gotta be pulled apart at the bow and bell and you gotta remove the bell ring and
quite a bit of keys.. quite a semi-major operation i must say..

Bottomline is, all the praise be to God for settling this problem for me in such a quick time!
this time round, i can say dat the sax will be in 100% appropriate condition to allow for
re-adjustment.. i believe there will be quite a difference in how the sax plays after i let
Boon Chye re-calibrate all the necessary parts~

Speaking bout sax, i'm really looking forward to serve as a musician in the house of God. In
the olden biblical days, the job of providing the praise and worship was this group of ppl
called the 'Levites'. They were like a consecrated group of ppl who were chosen to make
music in the house of the Lord! And to me, it truly is a great honour to serve God by
expressing my thanks and gratitude to Him via music~
