Thanks Wendy :) Taka & Miho Too~
Today i had my first Bible Study lesson with Wendy at the Suntec church office and she gave me a tour around the premises and WAH! I am very very impressed with our church office cos i never knew dat it was so big and so beautiful~ and well furnished and equipped! IMPRESSIVE haha! An eye-opener indeed~ And i can see why directors like to use our premises in the dramas and films hehe~
Well BS today was great. It was something which i learnt previously but it was great refreshing nonetheless and after such a long hiatus from BS, coming back again is like a refreshing dive in the pool on a hot sunny day~
But more so, thanks Wendy for the night. Really cherished the time spent sharing with you the thing that has been in my heart for quite a bit of time now haah! Thanks for your advice, your examples, your sharing :) It's like kind of a relief to me as well cos i honestly didn't know wat or how you might take to it? But yeah, i was pleasantly surprised by your take on it :)
HAHA! I kinda prepared myself for a barrage or something LOL! Thank you for your open-mindedness and encouragement. I was very touched and blessed la :D And yeah, i'll keep bringing it to God for clear direction and wisdom :)
Well, i believe this is the first time i've spoken so much with Wendy? I've known about her since the first year in which i attended CHC and said hi and bye a number of times throughout the years whenever i've seen her, but it was only in the recent month or so that i've actually gotten to interact more with her when she became my CGL. And i believe it's all a set up by God, a great divine set up in fact lol :D
And yeah, we are indeed very blessed and privileged to have her as our CGL, to bring in a new sense of direction and leading for us :) It's amazing that in this short amount of time, we've got 2 new members who are now actively integrating into the church and CG :D Praise God!
To be honest, i've never really knew wat kinda person Wendy is until i spoked to her today and i got more glimpse of the kind of person she is :) I actually was contemplating when i should tell her my little secret haha, but i knew dat sooner or later i had to.. And knowing dat she's a no nonsense kinda person, i wondered how she would react if i told her? And so yeah, honestly i was a little adamant maybe? Or should i say.. unsure.. yeah.. Cos i didnt wanna step on her toes haha!
But yeah, my fears proved to be unfounded la ;) And i've come to realise dat Wendy's the kind of person whom even though you don't exactly know her dat well or vice versa, you could still pour out things close to your heart to her, and trust her to give you honest and truthful response. So to me, it's really reassuring :)
I actually had something somewhat impt today.. but decided to skip it for this meeting and i'm glad i did haha :D
Ah well.. as for me, i'm placing it all into God's hands :) I think if it's meant to be, somehow by His divine work, He'll make it happen~ If not, then i can expect something even greater in store :)
Well, on another note, HAHA, yesterday night after the church wide prayer meeting, i gave Taka and Miho a ride home and throughout the journey it was so funny... hahaha! Taka's a joker la really.. He and Miho were bantering in Japanese bout some stuff which i didnt really quite understand but only bits and pieces here and there but there sure was alot of guffaws and laughing. So yeah you can't help but laugh along with them too ya know? hahaha!
Man, it'll be 2 more weeks.. TWO MORE ONLY... GOSH! Time really flies man, and yeah they'll be going back to Japan. Miho and i were joking dat when Taka goes home, there's gonna be bus loads of fans waiting to send him off at the airport haahhaaha! I can imagine the drama man... the crying, the screaming, the banners, the flowers.. LOL! Well, dat's the perks about being a cute handsome heartthrob hahaha!
In the car, they were telling me about how much they will be missing us! Samishii!! haha! New Japanese word i learnt... :P Well, i bet we'll all be missing them loads too :) Ever since they became a part of our CG, they've been so lovely to have around, to fellowship with despite the language barrier but dat made it all the more fun haha!
Well, guys, your presence in our CG is a great blessing to all of us :) I personally enjoy the moments we spent over lunch and wat not :D And also, you guys played a part in showing me how fun it can be in SOT and dat has made me seriously consider going next year~ :P Yeah, it's your 'faults' i'm now making this something of a goal for next year haha :D
Haiz haha, well i believe i speak for the entire CG when i say dat we love you guys to bits :) And it's just sad dat it is for such a short time :) But nevertheless, this short time has been one amazing experience for me and for dat i am very thankful :D Beautiful memories which i will treasure for a long time :) God bless~
