Sad Day

It's quite a bad day for me personally.. didnt have much of a mood. Was pretty damn tired
throughout the day and when i woke up this morning. I had a double whammy.

First, my interviewee cancelled on me.. due to some unforseen circumstances and i mean like
really unforseen.. so i've gotta find my back up interviewee.. it's such a pity because i felt dat
i had a really good story.. but well.. things happen lah..

And then, the first thing i got wind off this morning was after i picked up the papers and read
Life!. One of s'pore's most renowned and versatile drummers passed away due to some heart
complications.. very sad.. he's like wat only 37 and left behind a wife and a kid i think.. really
dunno how they gonna cope.. I've seen edmund branson jr perform a few times in esplanade
with his quartet and bands like soul satisfaction and also during last year's chijmes jazz fest.
Even though i didnt know him or speak to him personally, i really enjoyed his drumming and
dat i'll certainly miss.

Bad day.. just a real bad day for me today.. two losses.. i lost an interviewee and the whole of
s'pore really lost a damn good drummer... *shakes head*
